Dr John Booth (PhD, MExSc, MDT)
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
John is the principal of RehWork Rehabilitation and Consultancy and a Lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, University of New South Wales (UNSW). In addition to his exercise physiology qualifications, he is a credentialed McKenzie Therapist. John has a special interest in the rehabilitation of spinal pain and injury and the treatment and management of chronic pain. He has undertaken collaborative research investigating the efficacy of different exercise modalities for chronic back pain. John is currently involved in research at the Faculty of Medicine, UNSW investigating the impact of exercise training and intensity on pain perception and thresholds in normal and chronic pain populations. John also has extensive experience in the development and implementation of workplace injury prevention programs specific to an organisations demands.

Katie Commins (BExSpSc Hons)
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Katie has well developed clinical skills in the area of musculoskeletal rehabilitation and the treatment and management of chronic pain. Katie's research study for her Honours degree compared different types of exercise commonly used for the treatment of chronic low back pain. Katie is currently undertaking her Masters degree in Pain Medicine through the University of Sydney and McKenzie Therapist training.

Zoe Mills (BExSc& Rehab, M.Phty)
Consultant Physiotherapist
Zoe completed her undergraduate degree as an Exercise Physiologist and practiced in the area of musculoskeletal rehabilitation for several years. More recently she completed her masters in physiotherapy and continues to work collaboratively with RehWork.

Ross Backen (BAppSc(HMS) B.A. (Hons) Psych)
Consultant Psychologist
Ross has over 15 years experience with the assessment and treatment of psychological distress and injury. He has also developed and implemented chronic pain management programs over the past 20 years. Over the past 8 years, Ross has frequently worked in collaboration with the RehWork's Exercise Physiologists during the treatment of patients with chronic pain.
