Enhanced Primary Care Plan
Exercise is recommended for the treatment of chronic back and neck pain.
Patients with chronic back or neck pain are able to consult with our Exercise Physiologists under a Enhance Primary Care Plan. This is a Medicare funded initiative whereby patients meeting defined eligibility criteria are able to access five Medicare funded allied health services per year. If eligible, the applicable Medicare rebate is $47.85 per service. If you wish to apply under this scheme please contact your doctor prior to consulting with RehWork.
RehWork's treatment focus is on improving and normalising daily function and providing education about the management of chronic pain.
Participants must seek General Practitioner approval and have them complete an EPC Plan Referral (see right) prior to scheduling attendance in this group program.
