Workplace Injury Prevention Training
Effective workplace injury prevention programs require a comprehensive understanding of the physical, biomechanical, ergonomic, psychosocial and attitudinal factors underlying workplace injury. RehWorks injury prevention training programs are developed and implemented in conjunction with an organisation's management and supervisors, who are instrumental in maintaining and growing the process. The focus is on identifying the primary risk factors and implementing works-specific and practical training to change worker behaviour to reduce the risk of injury. The goal is to establish an ongoing, consistent injury prevention process that gradually becomes the "normal routine" for the employees and management.
