Specialist Referrals
We work with Specialists to provide optimal health care for our patients. RehWork Exercise Physiologists specialise in exercise prescription, with a strong focus on self-management. Referrals can be made for McKenzie assessment and treatment, functional activity programs implemented with a cognitive behavioural approach for persisting pain patients, muscloskeletal rehabilitation for back, neck and shoulder pain and pre and post operative rehabilitation.
Once you've completed the referral form below you'll see a message to confirm it has been successful and receive an email from us with a copy of the information for your records. We'll then be in contact to discuss the referral.
